Website : http://www.hooghly.gov.in/
Scheme Benefit Monitoring System :
1. Visit the Hooghly District web portal hooghly.gov.in and click on the link Hooghly Online Aadhaar Data collection to launch the web application.
Related : West Bengal GPMS Gram Panchayat Management System : www.statusin.in/20979.html
2. Click on the Downloads menu
3. Download all the three files for data preparation
4. Open the first file AadhaarDataCollectionFormat.xls and provide the Beneficiary Days under the following Columns without any re-ordering of columns. It is very important that Beneficiary Data should be segregated by Block/Municiplaity and GP/Ward.
Note:
a) All Fields except the Beneficiary Name is optional.
b) Beneficiary Data should be prepared GP/Ward wise for respective block or municipality.
c) The Last Column is Unique Identifier i.e. any identifier used to keep information about uniqueness of the beneficiary records. This is also optional but if available do provide this value for co-relating the data in future.
5. After providing all the information available in the data format delete the header rows as illustrated below:
6. Now open the second file ExcelDataFormat.xls and copy the first row of the file.
7. Paste the row copied into the first file to add the new header.
8. The Beneficiary Data for a Gp/Ward is now ready for MsAccess Conversion. We will use the third file AccessDataFormat.mdb for this purpose.
9. To import the Excel as prepared in step 7, we need to keep a copy of the original file and rename the Table by scheme name and locality name. Here we are taking example of MGNREGS scheme for Kaniapur GP.
10. The MsAccess Data is now ready to be converted to XML data for uploading it in the web application. For XML data conversion follow the illustrations below:
11. Now our XML data is ready to be uploaded into the web application (For using the web application you need a user id and password for which you need to apply as per format in Annexure A).
12. The above process can be repeated for all GP/Wards under respective Block or Municipalities.
Note:
** Scheme along with Beneficiary Modification and Deletion will be activated shortly.
** Bulk Data upload in xml will not be possible for multiple files with same name.
** A better practice can be to create separate excel files for each gp/ward for each schemes.
** Block/Municipality and their respective GP/Ward selection play a very important part in data upload. If done incorrectly duplication may most likely to occur.
About Us :
This district with its Headquarters located at Chinsurah town is within the Burdwan Division of the State of West Bengal. So far history goes, the name “Hooghly” is derived probably from the ‘HOGLA’, a tall reed, which grows in abundance on the riverbanks and in the marshy low lands below them.
At dawn of history this part of the country was probably included in the territory held by the Suhmas, a tribe mentioned in juxtaposition with the Angas, Vangas and Pundras in the Mahabharata and also in the Mahabhashya, a grammar dating back to the second century B.C.
