** In case your mobile is deactivated without your request or you get a call in this regard, somebody may be trying to get a duplicate SIM/ steal your credentials like OTP (One time password), Tracker ID for beneficiary registration etc

** Our bank does not ask for the details of your account like /PIN/ Password/ mobile numbers etc. Therefore any one pretending to be asking you for information may be fraudulent entities.
** Any caller pretending to be from our Bank / Contact Centre may persuade you to reveal your credentials like User Id and password stating that password sent to you is erroneous and correct password needs to be sent. Please do not entertain such requests as they are fraudulent entities.
** In case any unauthorized access to your information, accounts or disputed transactions, using internet Banking service, please check immediately with telecom service provider and contact the Bank on 1800 22 33 44/ 1800 102 44 55.
** Change Passwords immediately on any such suspected activity/ as frequently as possible.
Login Tips :
After receiving your password from the branch, you may login using the given steps if you have opted for transaction rights:-
** Go to Baroda Connect website bobibanking.com.
** Select Retail/Corporate User.
** Enter your User Id (& Corp Id in case you are c corporate Customer). Click on Enter.
** System will prompt you to enter your Sign on password. Enter the sign on password received in the sealed envelope. (Format: Capital Letter, Special Character, Numbers). Click on Enter.
** System will now prompt you to complete the enrollment process by clicking on the ENROLL now link
** A new page is displayed which asks you to set your Personal Message. This will be displayed every time to login to the system
** Now set the answers to the security questions. A minimum of 5 questions have to be selected as per your choice.
** The system now will prompt you to change your sign on password by entering the existing (printed) password and the new password (to be set by you).
** Confirm the same by entering your printed transaction password.
** The system now will prompt you to change your transaction password by entering the existing (printed) password and the new password (to be set by you).
** The enrollment process has been successfully completed and you would be displayed the success message for the same.
