Registration of Factory & Grant of License:
Only online application is accepted. No document or drawing is required to be submitted in hard copy.

Application Submission Procedure:
Step 1 : Visit RajFAB web application at www.rajfab.rajasthan.gov.in
Step 2 : Register and make user ID & password on Single Sign On to use the RajFAB application.If not registered on Single Sign On then please see Step-by-step procedure to login to Single Sign On.
Step 3 : You have to login first on Single Sign On and then select RajFAB icon in Single Sign On Dashboard to use RajFAB application.
Step 4 : keep scanned documents available. Click here to download Form No. 2 (Every page of the Documents submitted along with the Form should be self attested by the Occupier or the Factory Manager along with date.) Enter the web application at www.rajfab.rajasthan.gov.in
Step 5 :Click form 2 button. (under Registration Section for Registration/ under Renewal Section for Renewal/ under Amendmend Section for Amendmend)
Step 6 : Fill in all mandatory fields marked as *
Step 7 : Make online payment. (Click here to know about fee schedule)
Step 8 : Submit Application
Time Limit For approval:
** Non-Hazardous and non-power Factories – 7 days
** Non Hazardous Factories – 15 days
** Hazardous Factories – 21 days
** Factories carrying our Dangerous Operation – 21 days
** MAH factories- 60 days
List Of Documents:-
** Form 2 duly signed by occupier.
Firm/Company ownership Document:
** Latest List of partners / Latest List of Directors / Order of the Managing Agent appointed by Central Government/ State Government / Local Authority as occupier.
** In case of change of Directors submit Form No. 32 of the Companies Act, 1956.
** Partnership deed / Memorandum of Articles of Association.
Land ownership document:
** Land ownership documents (Sale deed/Rent deed / Lease deed) with Land use conversion document if applicable.
Documents related to electrical power and date of start of production:
** Load sanction copy & First electricity bill for registration.
Identification document:
** Photo ID and address proof of the Occupier.
** Photo ID and address proof of the Factory Manager.

Where to approach /contact to get registration certificate?
You are not required to visit any office for the purpose. Services pertaining to registration / License are available on line. One can login to the portal and complete the formalities from the comfort on your Computer.

No
Can an inspector inspect my premises?
Yes. An Inspector is supposed to visit premises of the joint inspection of factory to conduct inspection except that the Factory Occupier has opted for self-certification scheme.
Factories are allotted to Inspectors by computer in RajFAB web application in randomized manner based on computerized risk assessment based upon risk profile (such as High (Major Accident Hazard), Medium (Hazardous/Dangerous Operation) and Low risk (Non-Hazardous)) of factories targeted to provide streamlined compliance inspection regimes for industries on the basis of their relative risk or hazard levels.
