Is there any processing fee levied for availing the EMI payment option?
There is no processing fee charged for availing the EMI payment option.
How do I Place a Cash-on-Delivery Order?
All items that have ‘COD Available’ displayed on the product page while checking for Pincode Serviceability, are valid for order by Cash on Delivery. Add the item (s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select “Cash on Delivery”.
Please make ONLY Cash Payment at the time of delivery. Cash amount is to be paid before accepting and opening the shipment.
How do I pay using a Credit or Debit card?
To pay using your Credit or Debit card :
** Enter your 16 digit card number, expiry date & three-digit CVV number as issued by Visa or MasterCard. For American Express cards, you will also have to enter your 4-digit batch code.
** You will need to key in your card’s third factor authentication (Verified by Visa [VBV], MasterCard Secure Code MSC or American Express Safe key etc.) Enter the details when prompted & your order will be successfully placed.
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay using Credit Card, Debit Card, JioMoney wallet or using Netbanking options. All these are prepaid methods of placing an order. You can also place an order using “Cash on Delivery” method.
All payment methods depend on your pin code, so please make sure to check your pin code to find out the methods of payment supported at your location.
Money has been deducted from my account but website shows ‘Transaction Failed’. What do I do?
If the amount has been deducted from your account but your transaction has failed, the bank will automatically reverse the amount to your account. It may take 3 to 10 working days for this amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
In case it has been more than 10 days and your amount is still not reflecting in your account, we advise you to get in touch with your bank.
How do I make a payments using the credit card EMI option?
Once you’ve added the desired items to your shopping cart, proceed with your order as usual by entering your address.
When you are prompted to choose a payment mode for your order, select ‘EMI’ & follow these simple steps :
1. Choose your credit-card issuing bank
2. Select the EMI plan that you would like to avail
3. Go to the Bill Desk Page
4. Enter your card details and make the payment
The full amount will be charged on your card on the day of the transaction. This will later be converted to an EMI transaction by your bank.

Jio is dead as there is no signals since yesterday. Useless service of Jio. Call failed, Can't hear, Can't call customer care, so many problems.
