Do I need to sign any agreement for the doorstep banking service?
** Yes, you will have to sign an agreement which will cover the scope of services and the terms and conditions for the services.
** Once you submit the service request letter, we will get in touch with you to complete the requisite documentation for the initiation of service.
How will I identify the person visiting my place for pickup / delivery of cash / cheque, since service would be offered by the service provider?
** Before the start of the process, we will issue a letter to you confirming process initiation and will arrange to provide the requisite identification details of the authorized representative of the service provider.
** There would be a trial / dry run of the process carried out by the service provider.
** During the process the authorized representative will explain the whole process and provide you with the deposit slip and other security elements.
Do I need to confirm the frequency of the cash pickup in case of pre-determined frequency?
Service request letter has an option where you can mention the frequency of the pickup, you need not confirm the frequency through separate request.
