Pune University Migration Certificate
Required Documents :
** Original College leaving Certificate (T.C)
** (Please Do not Attach T.C Xerox )
Related : Pune University Apply For Duplicate Degree Certificate : www.statusin.in/3076.html
** Attested Xerox copy of Statement of Marks (last exam endorsed).
In case of Duplicate T.C (Not T.C Xerox ) then take following remark on Duplicate T.C From your College.
” T.C only for Migration Purpose ” and submit to Dept.
In case you’re original T.C was already submitted in another university’s college for further education then collect Duplicate T.C for Migration from your last College. Take remark on duplicate T.C “ T.C only for Migration purpose.”
If no remark on duplicate T.C then you have to make affidavit on 20 Rs or above Rs bond paper.
Write in affidavit
1). Use of Original T.C, where you submit Original T.C, If lost T.C then mention in affidavit.
2). Then write please give me migration certificate on Duplicate T.C.
Important Instructions :
1.Please sign on migration online’s Printed form and submit to the Department with documents.
2.Demand Draft(DD) Facility is Closed. Application Fees accepted by Online Challan only. Challan must be download along with your application.
3.Submit your application at the Student Facilitation Center (SFC) only which is located at University main gate.
4. Department will send Migration certificate on Your address within 15 days by Speed Post.
5.This Migration Procedure is Only for Indian Students.
6.When you submit your application department after 3 to 4 days check you Migration online account to know is there any discrepancy in your Migration application or documents, you will get message on your Migration online account. Please keep with You Migration online account’s Username & Password.

Online Application Procedure :
1. To fill up Online Migration form Student need to click on following Create Account option.
2. When you Signup for Migration click on Migration Certificate Link.
3.After filling online form click on save button.
4. Click on print preview link to download application and challan
Procedure To Apply For Migration Certificate
** In order to apply for the Online Certificate, student first needs to create an account.
** This can be done by clicking on the ‘Create Account’ link.
** Fill in all the fields on the form and click on the ‘Create Account’ button.
** Once Account has been successfully created, click on the ‘Finish and Proceed for Application System’ button.
** Next, please complete the Student Profile by clicking on the link ‘Profile’ in the left hand menu.
** After filling student profile form, click on ‘Save’ button.
** After successfully saving the profile, click on ‘Certificate Section’ link in the left hand menu.
** In Certificate Section, when you select your Certificate type, you will get Instructions (if any) for that particular certificate, then click on Proceed button.
** Fill Application Details and click on ‘Save’ button. After that click on Back button or click on ‘Certificate Section’ link in the left hand menu.
** Then, click on ‘Proceed to Print’ button. It will show Upload Document page, Upload all required documents for the Certificate and click on ‘Save and Proceed’ button.
** In order to print click on ‘Print to Proceed’ button.
** The Payment Mode page will show up, select your Payment Mode and Bank type.
** Click on ‘Save and Print’ Button, and then click on Download Application and Download Challan.
** Both links will generate PDF files, save them and print them. It’s important that you submit both, the application and challan copy to the University.

Hello, I have sent the required documents and followed the said procedure more than 15 days ago. However, there has been no update from SPPU. The application status has been ‘Sent to Department’. I need the document urgently and am unable to reach the university on any of the phone numbers and email IDs mentioned on the website. Any help would be appreciated.
