Obtain Goods Vehicle Permit
Pucca Permit :
** Form 37
** Fee Rs.750+100

Grant Of Goods Carriage Permit : (State)
1.Application Form-36 of KMVR to be filed at RTO/ART
2.Fee :
** Permit Fee of Rs.750/- + Rs.100/- to be paid at RTO Cash Counter.
3. Documents :
** Registration Certificate/Smart Card RC Insurance Certificate
** Tax Card/Tax paid proof
** Pollution under Control Certificate
4. Validity of Permit :
** Permit will be issued for five (5) years. To be renewed thereafter.
Renewal Of Goods Vehicles Permit :
1. Form- 36 of KMVR
2. Fee Rs. 750 + Rs.100 to be paid at RTO Cash counter.
3. Document :
** Original Permit
** Registration Certificate/Smart Card RC
** Insurance Certificate
** Tax Card/Tax paid proof
** Pollution under Control Certificate
4. No objection certificate from financier if the vehicle concerned is covered by HPA/Lease/Hypothecation.
5. Application shall be filed before 15 days date of expiry of permit
Transfer Of Goods Carriage Permit :
1. Form -52 of KMVR
2. Fee Rs. 750 + Rs.100 to be paid at RTO Cash counter.

** Insurance Certificate
** Tax Card/Tax paid proof
** Pollution under Control Certificate
** Original Permit

Transfer Of Permit In Case Of Death Of Permit Holder :
1. Form -53 of KMVR
2. Fee Rs.100/- + Rs.100/- to be paid at RTO Cash counter

** Tax Card/Tax paid proof
** Pollution under Control Certificate
** Death Certificate
** Form-54 of KMVR regarding notice published in news paper

Replacement Of Goods Carriage Permit :

What is the period of validity of Learner’s licence ?
Learner’s licence is valid for the period of six months.
What if FAILED in the preliminary test ?
Application along with documents will be returned to the failed applicant and he can reappear for test on the next day onward
On passing the test where and when to collect the Learner’s licence ?
Applicants who have passed the preliminary test can collect their learner’s licence between 4.30 – 5.30 pm on the same day from Driving Licence Section
