Mobile Banking :
Cent Mobile app is mobile banking application with enhanced features offered by Central Bank of India. It is available for all leading mobile OS (Android, Apple iOS, Windows Mobile, Blackberry).

This new app is customized keeping in view your banking requirements. Cent Mobile is Smart, Simple and Secure application. All frequently required banking services can be accessed through Cent Mobile.
Users can access most of the banking services anywhere any time through internet enabled handsets. Pre login features are accessible to all without registration.
Post login features can be accessed by customers of Central Bank of India after completing one time registration process.
Pre Login Features :
** Branch and ATM Locations – List of nearby ATMs or Branches. Contact details of Admin Offices.
** Map showing distance/driving directions for ATMs/Branches/Admin Offices.
** Interest rates for Time Deposits/Retail Loan Schemes/ Forex rates.
** Missed Call service for getting Account Balance or last few Transactions over SMS.
** Apply for new Saving Account, Retail Loan or Credit Card.
** Real time Notifications/Alerts regarding new launch/offers/modification in schemes etc.
Post Login Features :
** Account Balance Enquiry/Account Details/Mini Statement.
** Fund transfer to accounts with Central Bank of India.
** Fund transfer to other banks through NEFT/IMPS.
** Utility Bill payments.
** Open New Time Deposit Account.
** Request for personalized ATM (Debit) Card.
** Request for ATM (Debit) Card Blocking.
** Link Account to Aadhar Number.
** Cheque Book related functions.
** Registration for getting Account Statement over Email.

Registration :
Download and install new Cent Mobile Application. Launch the app and use option- New User Registration. User will receive OTP (One Time Password) through SMS on registered mobile number after submitting CIF Number.
After successful validation, register it – Using Internet Banking User ID & Password or through Branch.
If you are not using Internet Banking facility, please visit nearest Branch to request for OTP for Cent Mobile. Set your preferred User ID, MPIN (Login Password) and TPIN (Transaction password) for Cent Mobile. After successful registration process, Login to use enhanced features.
Do’s :
** Download Cent Mobile app only from trusted sources, such as links sent by bank or directly from bank’s website or a legitimate app store.
** Password protect your mobile phone to prevent unauthorized use by others.
** Install anti-virus software on your mobile device and update it regularly.
** Enable automatic Mobile Operating System (Android, iOS, Windows, Blackberry) updates or download Mobile OS patch updates regularly to keep your Mobile OS patched against vulnerabilities.
** Be careful and check authenticity of any app while downloading from app store of Google, Apple, Windows, BlackBerry etc.
** Always Log out of Cent Mobile after use.
** Keep your login id and password information safe and secure.
** Change your passwords regularly.
** Use a password that is difficult to guess. Mix upper and lowercase letters. Do not use sequences of letters or numbers like abcd1234 etc. Use letters that are in different places on keyboard.
Don’t use personal information like your name, your spouse’s name, date of birth, PAN number, dictionary-based words etc. as password. These are easy to crack or guess.
** Clear data from your mobile browser cache and cookies frequently.
** Register with bank for getting SMS Alerts on your mobile to keep track of your banking transactions.
** Inform the bank to update your bank records whenever you change your Mobile number to ensure that OTP/SMS notifications are not sent to someone else.
** Report a lost or stolen mobile immediately to your mobile service provider and law enforcement authorities. Block your mobile banking applications by contacting the bank.
** If you suspect that someone knows your PIN/Password, change it immediately.
** Regularly check your bank statements and transaction history for any irregularities.
** Check your last login information displayed on screen upon every login to ascertain that there is no unauthorized login.
** If you find your mobile number inactive, please contact your mobile service provider immediately to know the reason. Ensure that your number is not being used on duplicate SIM fraudulently.
** If you have to share your mobile with someone else or send it for repair/maintenance, clear cache; temporary files and other sensitive information stored in the memory.
** Fund Transfer can be made only to the pre added beneficiaries by the Customer. Delete those beneficiaries from your list, which are not required for further transactions.
** Always type in your confidential account information. Do not copy paste it.
