The acceptance of on-line payment of Kerala State’s Taxes through the internet portals of various banks have been developed, without having any implication on the existing procedure of the executive and accounting agencies of the Department.

To avail of this facility the taxpayer is required to have a net-banking account with any of the banks listed by the government on this site

What is the portal about?
This portal will be a single point of access to the citizens, for either information or transactional purposes.

One of the goals of the Government is to cooperate, collaborate and integrate information across different departments in the Centre, States and Local Government.It is served through this portal.

How to Register?
In any page in the portal, you can see a select box saying “signin” in the top right.On clicking that, you will be taken to a sign in page,where you also have an option of creating an account.

Clicking on that and filling up the required details will provide you the login ID and password through which you can avail the services.

What are the various services provided through this portal?
Through this portal, citizens can apply for several services across the administrative departments through electronic form applications. It also provides basic information about the state, contact details of important administrative officials e.t.c.,

How can I apply for certificates(Birth,Death,Marriage e.t.c.,)?
After registration, the user has to login into portal with his credentials. User has to click on the Apply Online tab, and then select the respective department and the service to avail it.

How can I check the status of my application?
The status of the application can be checked either through SMS or by logging into the portal.

What if I forget my password?
In case you forget the password, please click on the forget password link in the sign in page. You will be redirected to a page , where in you have to answer to a secret question.if the security answer matches the previously given data you will be given provision to reset the password.
