Terms & Conditions :
** Check-in or Check-out time is 12 Noon. Accommodation reserved shall be kept for 24 hours from the scheduled date of arrival. In case of non-arrival, the advance paid for the reservation shall be forfeited and accommodation will be released.

** The above tariffs are subject to revision. Tariffs applicable on the date(s) of stay will be charged. In case reservation is for the date beyond 31st March, next revised tariff will be applicable.

** Online cancellations can be done from our website. In case of any problem while processing cancellations, please send email to shimla [AT] hptdc.in.

** 100% advance of room rent will be payable on all bookings. Taxes as applicable will be payable at the time of check out. For group or large bookings, please contact shimla [AT] hptdc.in.

** Cancellation charges will be applicable as unde r:
a. 80% of advance will be refunded for cancellations before 7 days from scheduled date of check-in.
b. 50% of the advance will be refunded. For cancellation between 4 to 7 days before scheduled date of check-in.

c. No refund will be allowed for cancellations within 4 days before scheduled date of check-in.
d. Partial cancellations are not allowed.

** In case reservation has been confirmed on receipt of lesser advance for group bookings or otherwise, cancellation charges will be calculated on the basis of actual room rent.

** The HPTDC Reserves the right to change these conditions without any prior notice.

** At a time, only one discount such as discount to Privilege Card Holder or Sr. Citizen or Winter or Monsoon discount will be allowed, whichever is higher. Discount on bookings made on AP or MAP plans will be applicable on rent part only.

** MAP or CP charges applicable on rooms during May, June and Special Package charges during X-Mas or New Year period.

** 25% of the room rent will be payable extra for stay of additional person. No extra person charges will be applicable for child below the age of 7 years. Children above the age of 7 years will be treated as Adults.
