General Terms And Conditions :
** Booking and Cancellation of tickets can be done online
** Change of seat number and date of journey can be done without any additional charges by sending email to hptdc [AT] hptdc.in
** Tickets can be booked upto 2 hours prior to bus scheduled departure of the bus.
** The arrival and departure of the bus will depend upon the condition of roads, weather and the natural calamity.
** Travelling without ticket is offence.
** Passenger is himself responsible for his luggage.
** Tickets are generated only after completion of transaction. HPTDC will not be responsible for any incomplete transaction.
** Passengers failing to produce a ticket are liable to pay the Standard Fare and claims for refunds in such cases will not be entertained.
** Customers Tickets are not transferable and do not confer any priority upon the holder over passengers.
** HPTDC has full rights to change Bus fares/ cancellation rules any time depending on the Rules and Regulations.
** Children below the age of 4 years are allowed free without separate seat.
Cancellation Of Ticket(S) :
** Partial Cancellation can be done by sending email to hptdc [AT] hptdc.in alongwith booking details.
** No refund will be made within 12 hours of departure time of the bus.
** An amount of 50% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of tickets is upto 12-24 hours to the departure of bus.
** An amount of 25% of fare will be deducted in case the cancellation of tickets is more than 24 hours to the departure of bus.
** In case of failure of Air Conditioner in AC Volvo Coach, the difference of fare of AC & Non AC will be reimbursed to the party.
