How To Get IFPMS Application Status?

You can get the status of IFPMS application by selecting Token No or Diary No,
1. If you are Search by Token No means Enter Your Token No and Click on the Search button

2. Search by Diary No means enter the following details,
i. Diary No
ii. DOR or
iii. Select Treasury type.

Public Query Module

New Pension :
1. Search By PPO No or LR No or Other
2. Select Pension or Family
3. Click on the Search button

Existing Pensioner :
Search by PPO No or Other,
1. Enter PPO No
2. Enter PPO Type
3. Enter Name
4. Click on the Search button

Medical Diary :
Search by PPO No or Diary No or Other,
1. Enter your PPO No
2. Select Pension or Family
3. Click on the Search button

Scope of I-Card Application :
** Eligible Civil pensioner’s who were retired between “01-April-2008” to “30-June-2013”.
** No Family Pensioner are eligible for I-Card
** I-Card may be prepared either by Medical Diary Application or Receipt of I-Card Application.
** Users Categorized as Computer Operator / Treasury Officer / I-Card Vendor.
** I-Card distribution mode : By Pensioner’s Samaj/Bank Branch/ Post/ Hand.
** Uploaded Image file type “.jpg / .jpeg” Vendor can download Image file ( Single image, signature image) and Text file ( Pensioner’s detail) .

What are the Stages of I-Card Application?

Stages of I-Card Application :
Process 1 : Select Pensioner for I-Card preparation.
Process 2 : Upload Application /Crop Image.
Process 3 : Verifying I-Card details by Treasury Officer.
Process 4 : Downloading I-Card details.
Process 5 : Verify Received I-Cards by Treasury Officer.

Process for Report :
Step 1 : Select status or default will be All.
Step 2 : Select search type or default will be all.
Step 3 : Please enter searching value on the basis of Step -2 else remain it empty.
Step 4 : Click on search for the records and records will show in table.
Step 5 : Records can be export in PDF and Excel Format.

Process 1 : Select Pensioner for I-Card preparation (Process to show Pensioner’s record by PPO No. ,Reference No. ,Account No. , Diary No. wise) .
Step 1 : Select Pensioner for I-Card Preparation.
Step 2 : On the basis of above selection enter value according Criteria.
Step 3 : Viewing Legacy Pensioner details for uploading Application form .

Process 2 : Upload Application /Crop Image.
(Process For uploading or view Application Image).
Step 1 : Choose image file(jpg/jpeg) before clicking on upload image button.
Step 2 : Clicking on upload Image button, a view image will popup for cropping on step 3.
Step 3 : User can crop the Pensioner image provided.
Step 4 : After selecting the cropped area , Image refer to “(Joint /Single /Signature)”.
Step 5 : After selecting of the photo , then click on start crop button.

Note : For each type of photo you have to crop image one by one .
