You can search your scholarship application on this page. You have to select Institute Type, Institute Level, District, Tehsil, Institute and press button below to view applications.

You may also enter your first name to list all applicant’s having same name. You can also view latest status of your application by clicking on (+) button on left of applicant details.

8. Click on the Show list of Applicants on selected criteria button
Please write your First Name (ONLY) in English before you click the SEARCH button. This will display the list of Students. Don’t try to Search Application by Surname and Middle Name.
Note :
To get information about the portal, first contact your college! Traininng has been given to him about the portal! If there is no solution from there, contact your district office on the telephone and you will find their number on the Contact us menu
District offices can be contacted only on office hours (from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm) on state working days! Finally contact the state-level help desk at its number 0141-2226636! It can be contacted at office hours (from 9.30 am to 6.00 pm) on state working days
The department will not be responsible for getting the wrong information when contacted on any other number! To get information about the portal, contact the District Office first to get the information about the portal, request the district office to contact the help desk located at headquarters only if there is no solution from there!
IMPORTANT : Please Update Your UID (AADHAR Number) and BID (Bhamashah ID) on portal. Institutes can also Update UID and BID of their Students.
General Instruction :
1. Institute have to reject these types of forms of OBC and EBC category with the reason that special category certificate is not uploaded in any one question.
2. Students have to update their profile and upload special category certificate which is explaine by given screenshots
** First click on edit your profile
** After this edit your details : as select category, cast
** In cast student has to choose his caste according to the given list.
** After selecting cast student choose his special category (only for OBC and EBC)
** After editing his profile click on update profile. Then go on tab documents upload, in which select special category certificate from given drop down list then upload required document and then student lock his fees receipt and then lock form.
** Lock fees receipt.
** Then Lock forms
