e-Payment Procedure :
Three types of Payments are there in the tendering process.

1. Document Fee
2. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit)
3. Registration Fees
There will be 3 modes of Payments of each type of transaction
Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) : Any bank Visa/Master Credit Card/Debit Card can be used for the payment process.
Direct Pay/Internet Banking : Payment can be made through the internet banking user id and password. For e.g. If the bidder has selected SBI Bank then he has to use his SBI Bank internet Banking user id and password.
NEFT/RTGS (National Electronic Fund Transfer/Real Time Gross Settlement) For this bidder has to download the NEFT Challan, fill the challan and submit to the any of the bank.
Internet Payment Gateway (IPG) :
Step 1 : Click on the for purchasing Tender Document Online.
Step 2 : Click on “All Types of e-Payment” for paying the amount through any of the Master/Visa credit/debit card.
Step 3 : Click on the Bank logo to proceed to Epayment order form
Step 4 : Once clicked on “Pay Now” under e-Payment Order Form, Bank website will open up for selecting the mode of payment. Select the type of card as Master/Visa and click “Submit” to proceed further.
Step 5 : Input all required card credentials and click on “Make Payment” to proceed further
Step 6 : The page will be redirected to enter the 3D Secure PIN. If vendor is unwilling to proceed with the transaction, then click on the Cancel Button
Step 7 : On click of Submit button, the transaction reference will be displayed
Internet Banking :
For the payment through Direct debit/Net Banking :
Step 1 : Click on the for purchasing Tender Document Online
Step 2 : Click on “All Types of e-Payment” for paying the amount through Net banking.
Step 3 : Click on the Bank logo to proceed to Epayment order form.
Step 4 : Select the respective Bank to carry out the payment.
Step 5 : Enter the Userid and password of net banking and proceed with the payment.
Step 6 : Once confirmed the user will receive the Transaction number. Keep safe the transaction details for any future reference.
Payment through NEFT/RTGS :
Step 1 : Click on the for purchasing Tender Document Online.
Step 2 : Click on “CITIN NEFT/RTGS Challan” for generating the NEFT Challan. Submit the same to any of the bank where the user holds his account and make the necessary payment
Step 3 : Take the print out of the Challan and submit it to any of the Bank where he holds the account. It will take approx. 24Hours to update.
Once the tender form is received, click on and pay the EMD by any of the three modes (IPG, Direct Debit, NEFT/RTGS) using the same procedure as used for document Fee payment.
