1.What is the portal about?
This portal will be a single point of access to the citizens, for either information or transactional purposes.
One of the goals of the Government is to cooperate, collaborate and integrate information across different departments in the Centre, States and Local Government.It is served through this portal.
2.How to register?
In any page in the portal, you can see “sign in” in the top right.Citizens, departmental users, CSC users can select their respective login option.
On clicking that, you will be taken to a sign in page,where you also have an option of creating an account. Clicking on that and filling up the required details will provide you the login ID and password through which you can avail the services.
Instructions to Fill Citizen E-Services Form :
1. Access the State Portal through Official website.
2. Home Page will get opened, in which various option is available.
3. For Signing In Mouse Over on Login Link present on Home Page and Select appropriate link.(Depending on User Type)
4.Get the user registration form ,fill all the mandatory fields and click on create account.
5. On the mentioned mobile number and email ID, user will receive SMS and email. Login through received user ID. When user logs in for the first time, User will be asked to update the password; User should enter and re-enter New Password to be set.
6. After password reset, Password remainder page will open, where user can set the remainder question & answer which will be of help in case User forgets the password
7. After clicking on Save, User Profile page will be displayed, where user can view and updates his Profile Details.
8. Click on e-forms link available on Home Page.
9. User can search the Application with Application Name or Department Name.
10. Select the Required Application Name and click on Search.
11. User can fill the Form Online or Offline.
