Hi I'm a kid & I would like to start a online Retail shop & I want to sell few plastic like small Water Bottles products online. I'm trying to sell through online portals like flipkart or snapdeal. It is mandatory to get TIN number to sell through them?
But when I approached my area Commercial Sale Tax officer he told me that it is not necessary to Pay VAT if our overall Turn over is less than 10 lakhs. Since I'm dealing with very small scale products & my overall Turnover will be less than 10 lacks. Can I avoid paying VAT?
1) Is there any special kind of categories for online retail business within Minimum threshold i.e 10 Lacks?
2) There is a column in the FORM A 4(9) TIN Reg application, 13) Turnover on the date of this application : __ . Is there any minimum/ maximum limit for this?
3) To whom I need to take DD for Rs.500?
