1. What information do I need when I begin to register?
You can register to the SWCS by any of the following :
1. Adhar ID (UID)
2. Bhamashah ID (UID)
3. Udyog Adhar No.(UAN)
If any of the above is not available, you can also generate SSOID through Facebook and Google.
2. Is there any fee for registration?
Single Window System does not charge any fee for the service rendered. Fee/charges are charged by individual department/authority as per the prevailing rules/acts.
3. How do I pay the fees when invoking these services?
Single Window System is integrated with an electronic payment gateway.
4. How much amount do I need to pay when invoking these services?
The requisite amount of will be communicated to you via email and sms. The concerned department will communicate to you via portal. You can also check by signing on the portal.
5. How do I get the confirmation after registration?
On registration, an email confirmation and SMS will be sent.
6. What happens if I forget my username and / or password?
In case you forget your username and / or password, please visit the “sign in” and click ‘Forgot Password’ link to retrieve your login details
7. How can I update/change my personal information?
Personal information can be edited by logging in to Single Window Clearance System website and editing the details. These changes will get reflected in the system once you login the next time.
8. How do I submit the enclosures with the application?
Enclosures can be uploaded with the application in electronic format. The maximum size of the file should not exceed 1 MB.
