Today morning, 11 am at Ramanthapur area when I am going to office by two wheeler and I wear a helmet. One police man was stopped me and taken my driving licence number without any reason. Then after that, I went to my office normally and I received a message to my mobile i.e, as "for without helmet on 16/04/2018 at 14:37:11 occurred one penalty point. So please tell me, how you can make penalty without any evidence and totally its fraud by your people and immediately respond to my above problem take immediate action otherwise I will make legal action to you.
I want to pay for two challans. I noticed for not wearing helmet. My vehicle number is TS 13EF 8866.
