About Us :
Policies, Rules and Programs for the matters related to the Labour Welfare, Employment, Training and Human Empowerment by this Department. Welfare Measures are taken and Programs for Employment Creation for workers are also prepared.
The Principal Secretary is the head of the Labour & Employment Department. The Policies, Rules and Orders formulated by the Government are executed by Heads of the Departments under the administrative control of the Department.
Labour Management Information System :
LMIS is an online solution/ application to effectively manage the registration processes of workers, constructions & establishment owners under various enforced labour laws. Provision for online fee & CESS payment is there in this solution.
The registered labors can take advantage of various welfare schemes by applying online through this application. Various MIS reports are provided at every level of the application for in-depth data monitoring, analysis and record-keeping.
Personal Information System (PIS) deals with the management of all the service information of an employee. Legal Management tracks and monitors the internal disputes between employees and employers of any organization.

Respected Sir,Madam please take a reference of ASP Bulandshahr Shri Shashank Singh No. 9454401552 false reports nos. ST.IGRS.3.22.20.04.2022 closed complaint 60000220044702, ST.IGRS.1.22.09.03.2022 closed complaints 60000220025141, 60000220024174 and ST.IGRS.3.22.23.02.2022 closed complaints 60000220024971, 60000220024776, 60000220024428 in favour of Post Office in which action had not taken on behalf of complainants attached pdf file in above all complaints on Jansunwai Portal and wrong allegation made regarding phone testimony because any phone testimony had not given by the complainant on dated 22.02.2022 to Mr. Shashank Singh because of above Jansunwai complaints had cancelled that was a very wrong work. As well as it had shown in above wrong reports that allegation not proven in which the complainant wants a appeal that when any phone testimony dated 22.02.2022 had not given by the complainant then what inspected by above police officer and how can allegation prove without any testimony. As well as, there is not any base,evidence that any phone testimony had given by the complainant on dated 22.02.2022. Above all shows that inspection has been done partially and one sided to ignore complainant s closed complaint 40014222020941, 40014222020793 pdf file matter.
Mr. Virendra Kumar SI Mobile No. 08218XXXX Choki Ansari Road Bulandshahr called to complainant on dated 28.06.2022 regarding complainant testimony and necessary action through received complaint from Meerut Circle Meerut ..call recording available.. where after visit at above choki by the complainant, neither written testimony copy had given nor a FIR had lodged against Superintending of Post Head Post Office Bulandshahr, as well as misbehaved, cried, tried to kill and made pressure on the complainant to remove the name of police officers from complainant application in which a complaint had given by complainant on 112 Number Police on dated 29.06.2022 in which action has not been taken till now on above person. As well as misused the power of police in which said in his phone recording to present the complainant in every complaint at related police station regarding testimony in which complainant presented at Choki Ansari Road Bulandshahr on dated 28.06.2022 but Jansunwai complaints nos. 40014222020951, 40014222020830, 40014222020096 cancelled on the basis of self and partially report by above Mr. Virendra Kumar in which Allegation has shown not proven without complainant testimony that said by above ASP Sir according rule work. Above all shows that inspection has been done partially and one sided to ignore complainant s closed complaint 40014222020951, 40014222020830, 40014222020096 pdf file matter.
The complainant wants MENTAL HARASSMENT COMPENSATION and a FIR in above all. Please take a legal action in above all.
