Please use this grievance redressal service to register your complaints or to post your grievances and to check for action taken on complaints reported.

Our responsible officer will assign the task to the concerned department/officials and see to it that the problem is attended to immediately. Upon successful registration, a unique registration number will be generated and provided to the customer, which is to be retained for status enquiry.

** Old Consumer(Already having connection)
** New Consumer(Applied for new connection)
** Select your Circle
** Select your Section [Optional]
** Select your Area Code [Optional]
** Enter Last six digits of your service number for Old Consumer and Registration Num given in call center for New Consumer

Online Complaint Registration :
** Online Complaint Registration is a New Feature provided for Consumers in the Website.
** It is well designed and flexible to access. Online Complaint Registration provides the Consumers to post their complaints online through the feature provided in Website. It is well designed for both LT and HT Consumers.
** It is very flexible for Consumers to register the complaints. The Consumer should know minimum the last six digits of the Service Number.

** The Online Complaint Registration Process for LT Consumers is as follows
** Select the Category (LT Consumers/HT Consumers) and then select the Circle to which you belong.
** Select your Section which is optional
** Select your Area code which is Optional
** Enter the Last Six digits of your Service number.
