Application for the grant of Casual license :
Casual License :
A casual licence for a period not exceeding seven days is granted in respect of any place for exhibition of films.

Documents required :
** An Affidavit worth Rs.100/- duly attested by Notary Click to Download
** Booking letter /slip of the premises.
** Schedule and name of films to be shown.
** Application for the grant of Casual license
** Censorship certificates/Exemption Certificates issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Govt. of India.
** Projector fitness certificate.
** NOC from Fire Deptt.{In case of the unlicensed premises.}
** NOC from Electric Deptt.{In case of the unlicensed premises.
Grant of Casual License – Rule 3 (2) , DCR-2008 :
A casual licence for a period not exceeding seven days may be granted by the licensing authority in respect of any place for exhibition of films after satisfying itself about the fitness of the projectors and censorship of the film to be screened under Rules 3(2) of Delhi Cinematograph Rules, 2008. The applicant will submit the following documents in case of licensed premised :-
** An Affidavit worth Rs.10/- duly attested by Notary (Available in the Cinema Section, Licensing Branch Delhi Police)
** Booking letter /slip of the premises.
** Schedule and name of films to be shown.
*** Censorship certificates/Exemption Certificates issued by the Min. of Information and Broadcasting, Govt. of India.
** Projector fitness certificate.
In case of the unlicensed premises where the films are to be screened the organizer will submit the following documents in addition to the documents as mentioned above :-
** NOC from Fire Deptt.
** NOC from Electric Deptt.
