How To Apply For Electrical Supervisor Permit?

Supervisor Grade ‘A’ :
Minimum Qualification Degree in Electrical Engineering with sound knowledge in Electrical Engineering Practice or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3 years experience in an organisation of repute, to be recognised as satisfactory by the Board.

Fee :
** Application Fee Rs 500+ Scrutiny Fee Rs 1000
( Total Fee : Rs 1500 )

Supervisor Grade ‘B’ :
Minimum Qualification Degree in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 1 year experience in any organisation of repute, to be recognised as satisfactory by the Board

Fee :
Application Fee Rs 300 + Scrutiny Fee : Rs 500 ( Total Fee : Rs 800 )

Enclosures

Documents to be forwarded along with the application :
** True copy of certificate duly attested by a Gazetted Officer to prove Qualifications, Date of birth and Experience
** Original chalan for the remittance of fee in a Government Treasury under the head of account“0043 – 00 – 800 – 99”.
( For A Grade – Rs. 1500 /- for ‘B’ Grade – Rs 800 /- )
** Two Nos. of self addressed stamped envelope of size 20 cm x 14 cm.
** Two passport size photographs attested by a Gazetted Officer(on the back side, stating that this is the true photograph of Shri / Smt…………………………………..)
** Two specimen signatures duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.

About Us :
The Electrical Inspectorate is a Department of the Government of Kerala. It was formed by the Government vide G.O. (Ms) No.28 / 68 / PW. Dated 20-10-1968, The Chief Electrical Inspector to Government of Kerala is the Head of the Department.

The Chief Electrical Inspector is assisted by an Additional Chief Electrical Inspector, Deputy Chief Electrical Inspector, Electrical Inspectors, Deputy Electrical Inspectors, Assistant Electrical Inspectors Administrative Officer, Accounts Officer and a Law Officer in the Headquarters at Thiruvananthapuram.

Functions of Electrical Inspectorate Kerala
