Instructions
** Minimum Qualification Candidate is holder of Minimum Three Years Work Experience Certificate
** from Executive Engineer, KSEB or Competent Authority of Licensee
Fee :
** For Application Fee Rs 110 + Scrutiny Fee : Rs 220 +
** Fee for issue of permit and Competency Certificate Rs 430
( Total Fee : Rs 760 )
Documents to be forwarded along with the application :
** Minimum Three Years Work Experience Certificate from Executive Engineer, KSEB or Competent Authority of Licensee
** Original Chalan receipt for the remittance of the fee prescribed, remitted in a Government Treasury under the head of account “0043 – 00 – 800 – 99”.
** Two passport size photographs attested by a Gazetted Officer / Executive Engineer, KSEB( to be attested on the back side) stating that this is
** Two specimen signatures duly attested by a Gazetted Officer / Executive Engineer, KSEB
** Self addressed and stamped envelope of size 20 cm x 14 cm
