How To Do Online Bihar Citizen Registration?

This section guides you about registering on ServicePlus to create a Citizen user account. To register as a Citizen on ServicePlus, you need to enter values in the mandatory fields of the Citizen Registration form and submit it.

Your Citizen User account will be generated after successful submission of completely filled Citizen Registration form. You can log in to your Citizen User Account by using your User Name (Login Id) and Password.

Once you log in to your Citizen account, you will be able to use the provided options.

You will get options to Apply for services (view services), View status of application (Track application status, View Incomplete Application, Verify Pending Application), Manage enclosures (Document Repository), Manage profile (View Profile, Edit Profile, Change Password), Lodge Grievance (Lodge Grievance, View Grievance Status) etc.

To create a Citizen user Account on ServicePlus, you need to follow the steps given below :
1. Click on the hyperlink Register Yourself given in the Citizen Section on the left side of ServicePlus homepage.The Citizen Registration form will open.
2. The form has two sections Personal Details and Login Details.

3. Personal Details section is for entering information of your full name, gender, country, address details with email id and mobile number. The email id entered by you will be your Login Id (User Name).

4. The Section Login Details is for entering information about your password, password hint question and password hint answer.

Personal Details :
1. Enter Full Name*
2. Select Gender*

Login Details :
1. Enter Login ID
2. Enter Password* – Password should be 8 to 15 characters with at least one special character(*[@#$%^&+=]), one numeric, one small case and one upper case letter (i.e Abcd@123)

3. Enter Confirm Password*
4. Enter Password Hint Question* – (If you forget your password, we will identify you with this information)

5. Enter Password Hint Answer*
6. Confirm Password Hint Answer*
7. Word Verification* – Type the security code as shown in the above image
8. Click on the Submit Button

How To Track Application Status?

1. Click on the option Citizen Section–> Track Application Status available on the Homepage to open the form.

2. Track Application Status form is displayed on the screen. You will notice that there are certain fields marked with * sign, which means that they are mandatory for you and required to be filled in.

3. Enter Application Number to tracking status of the application form. The status will be displayed.
