Consumer Help Line
The Scheme of Consumer Helpline was initiated by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, Department of Consumer Affairs, Government of India in 2002 under the campaign “Jago Graha Jago”.
In accordance with the directions and guidance of the Govt. of India, the Haryana State Govt. had also setup a State Consumer Helpline at the headquarters of Food and Supplies Department of Haryana, Chandigarh.
The State Consumer Helpline has come into existence w.e.f 12th August 2013. Its Toll Free No. is 1800-180-2087 and it is open on all working days from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Consumers from all over the Haryana State can dial Toll-free number 1800-180-2087 to seek telephonic counseling for the redressal of their problems that they face as consumers.
