Excise Licensee Process :

This section briefs about how a prospective licensee (Applicant) has to Register themselves and subsequently login into the website for doing transactions with respect to Excise e-Tendering.

This section also covers the process for registration, corpus (advance) and bidding process.

Registration (Sign Up) Process :
The prospective Licensee has to create their Registration. This will be the first step in which they have to provide their contact email address and mobile number. The Email ID and Mobile numbers are important because all future communication will be made either through email or through mobile.

E-Tendering Process :
This section describes the complete e-Tendering process as a method of allotment for Retail Licenses (L-2 & L-14A) for the prospective Licensee (Applicant).

It also explains the tender Registration process and creation of Corpus (Advance amount) in order to participate in e-Tender process. License generation process is also described in this document for the department Users.

User Sign-Up Process :
The Applicant (Prospective Licensee) has to do the sign up in order to create a login in Haryana Excise portal. Applicant can access the Tender Registration application for only after successful login.

This will be the first step in which they have to provide their contact details such as; email ID and mobile number. The Email ID and Mobile numbers are very important because all future communication will be made through email and mobile only.

It is to be noted that, the Email ID will be used as Login Username by the Applicant during all future processing. So, it is mandatory that the User (Applicant) register themselves with correct Email ID and Mobile numbers in order to avoid any discrepancy.

The Email ID and the mobile number should be unique. E mail entered for one sign up process cannot be used in another Sign up. The first time Password for the User will be sent to his Email ID and Mobile. (Signup process is one time process for whole state of Haryana)

Steps for Registering an Applicant :
Applicant can open the signup page through two links, which are indicated as below.
** Open haryanatax.com website.
** Click on the Excise Licensee Registration link. HETD User Manual Page 4 of 36 OR
** Open haryanatax.gov.in website.
** Click on the Excise Registration link.
** A new page will be opened where in the Licensee (Applicant) had to enter the following details
a. Name of Applicant
b.Valid Email ID of the Applicant (To be confirmed once again)
c.Mobile Number of the Applicant
** After entering all the details, the User has to click the Create Account button.
** The System will send login information along with dynamic one time password to above given Email ID / Mobile No. of the applicant.
** Clicking on the Home button will take you to the Home page of the website.
