How To Apply?

Degree Certificate

** Regular affiliated/ Self Financing College students who have not received their Degree Certificate from College for the Academic Year (Current) examination shall apply directly to the University based on the following requirements.
** Directorate of Distance& Continuing Education Students those who have successfully completed their course have not received their Degree Certificate Academic & Calendar Year examination (Current) shall apply directly to the University based on the following requirements.
** Copy of Final consolidated Mark Statement , Provisional Certificate (For UG)
** Copy of Final consolidated Mark Statement , Provisional Certificate & Previous degree (For PG)
** Fees Rs.500/- Demand Draft in favour of Registrar , Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli-12, or Indian Bank (Blue Color Challan at University Building)
** If the above fee has been already paid to the College produce the evidence for consideration.
** Self-addressed stamped (Rs.40/-) A4 size envelope.

Degree Certificate (Special Convocation)

** Regular affiliated/ Self Financing College students who have not received their Degree Certificate from College for the respective examination shall apply directly to the University based on the following requirements.
** Students those who have successfully completed their course have not received their Degree Certificate from Directorate of Distance & Continuing Education students for the respective examination shall apply directly to the University based on the following requirements.
** Copy of Final consolidated Mark Statement , Provisional Certificate (For UG)
** Copy of Final consolidated Mark Statement , Provisional Certificate & Previous degree (For PG)
** Fees Rs.2000/-+Search Fee Rs.200 per year for affiliated colleges
** Fees Rs. 2000/-+Search Fee Rs.200per year for DD & CE students as Demand Draft in favour of Registrar , Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli-12, or Indian Bank (Blue Color Challan at University Building).
** Self-addressed stamped (Rs.40/-) A4 size envelope.

Degree Certificate (Instant Convocation)

** Instant Convocation ensures the issue of Degree Certificate on the same day.
** Regular affiliated/ Self Financing College students who have not received their Degree Certificate from College for the respective examination shall apply directly to the University based on the following requirements.
** Students those who have successfully completed their course have not received their Degree Certificate from Directorate of Distance & Continuing Education students for the respective examination shall apply directly to the University based on the following requirements.
** Copy of Final consolidated Mark Statement , Provisional Certificate (For UG)
** Copy of Final consolidated Mark Statement , Provisional Certificate & Previous degree (For PG)
** Fees Rs.5000/-+Search Fee Rs.300 per year for affiliated colleges
** Fees Rs. 5000/-+Search Fee Rs.300 per year for DD & CE students as Demand Draft in favour of Registrar , Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli-12, or Indian Bank (Blue Color Challan at University Building).
** Self-addressed stamped (Rs.40/-) A4 size envelope.
** Original ID for receiving the same in person.

Name /Initial Correction

** The name/initial correction is made in the Degree Certificate on the basis of final consolidated Mark Statement with the following enclosures
** Demand Draft/ Indian Bank Challan (Blue Colour) for Rs.500/- +Search fee Rs.200/- per semester from the examination passed
** Attested Xerox copy of consolidated Mark Statement, Provisional Certificate (For UG)/ Attested Xerox copy of consolidated Mark Statement, Provisional Certificate, Previous Degree Certificate (For PG)
** Original Degree Certificate to be corrected.
