The Government of Andhra Pradesh State has recently launched a scheme name AP YSR Navaskam for the successful implementation of the welfare schemes launched by the government.

Schemes List
Rice Card
** Government have decided to issue new Rice cards to all eligible families and enroll all eligible missing cases.
** Total family income should be less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs. 12,000/- per month in urban areas.
** Total land holding of the family should be less than 3 acres of wet land or 10 acres of dry land or 10 acres of both wet and dry land together.
** Monthly electricity consumption should be less than 300 units.
** No family member should be Government employee or pensioner (all sanitary workers are exempted.)
** Family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
** No family member should pay income tax.
** In urban areas family who owns no property or less than 750 sft built up area.
YSR Pension Kanuka Card
To extend the Social Security Pensions, Government have revised the eligibility norms. Total family income should be less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs. 12,000/- per month in urban areas.
** Total land holding of the family should be less than 3 acres of wet land or 10 acres of dry land or 10 acres of both wet and dry land together.
** Monthly electricity consumption should be less than 300 units.
** No family member should be Government employee or pensioner
** Family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
** No family member should pay income tax.
** In urban areas family who owns no property or less than 750 sft built up area.
YSR Aarogyasri Card
All households :
** with annual income of less than or upto 5 lakhs is eligible.
** Land holding less than 12 acres of wet or 35 acres of dry or a total of 35 acres (wet & Dry).
** Not having more than one personal car
** Families who own no property or less than 3000 sft built up area in urban area
** Government employees are covered under employee health scheme . Therefore not covered under YSR Aarogyasri Card.
JVD (RTF) & JVD (MTF)
Jagananna Vidya Deevena (RTF) & Jagananna Vasathi Deevena
Deevena (MTF) Cards :
** Under Jaganann Vidya Deevena complete fee reimbursement (RTF).
** Under Jagananna Vasathi Deevena Rs. 20,000/- per annum will be provided to every student for food and hostel expenses from the year 2019-2020.
** All the students pursuing Polytechnic, ITI, Degree and above level courses in Government, Aided, Private Colleges affiliated to State Universities / Boards.
The families :
** whose annual income is less than Rs. 2.5 lakh .
** having less wet 10 acres or dry 25 acres or 25 acres wet and dry.
** No member should be Government employee or pensioner (all sanitary workers are exempted.).
** Family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
** No family member should pay income tax.
** In municipal areas owning less than 1500 sft of built up area
YSR Sunna Vaddi
As per the Assurance made by the Hon’ble CM , to reduce interest burden on poor SHG women, it is proposed to pay interest portion for the FY 2019-20 on SHG bank loan amount outstanding as on 11/04/2019 under YSR Sunna Vaddi
** All SHG women both rural and urban with bank loan accounts outstanding amount upto Rs.5.00 lakhs are eligible.
** SHG loan accounts declared NPA as on 31/03/2019 as per SERP and MEPMA data base are not eligible.
Jagananna Amma Vodi
Jagananna Amma Vodi is the one of flagship programme announced by the Hon’ble Chief Minister under Navaratnalu for providing financial assistance to each mother/ recognized guardian who is below poverty line, irrespective of caste, creed, religion and region to enable her to educate her child / children from class I to XII in all types of Schools / Jr. Colleges from Academic Year 2019-2020.
YSR Kapu Nestham
The objective of the scheme is to financially empower Kapu women above 45 years of age by enhancing their livelihood opportunities and living standards with financial assistance of Rs.75,000/-at the rate of Rs.15,000/- per annum.
** Women belonging to Kapu community and aged between 45 to 60 years are eligible.
** Total family income should be less than Rs. 10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs. 12,000/- per month in urban areas.
** Total land holding of the family should be less than 3 acres of wet land or 10 acres of dry land or 10 acres of both wet and dry land together.
** No family member should be Government employee or pensioner
** Family should not own 4 wheeler (Taxi, Auto, Tractors Exempted)
** No family member should pay income tax.
** In urban areas family who owns no property or less than 750 sft built up area.
Financial Assistance to Nayee Brahmins, Rajakas & Tailors
Financial Assistance of 10000 (Ten Thousand Rupees only) Per year will be provided to the Nayee Brahmins, Rajakas and Tailors in BC Community. The Eligibility criteria is as follows;
Nayee Brahmins :
Those who belongs to Nayee Brahmin Community who involved in the profession of Barber having a permanent or Mobile establishment on his name are eligible for getting financial assistance.
They should be in Below Poverty Line Category and should have white Ration Card. They should have registered shop.
Rajakas :
Those who should have belonged to Rajaka Community who are involved in the profession dhobi having permanent or mobile establishment on his or her name are eligible for getting financial assistance.
They should be in Below Poverty Line Category and should have white Ration Card. They should have registered shop.
Tailors :
All the BC Community People who are involved in the profession of Tailoring having a permanent establishment or mobile establishment are eligible for getting financial assistance.
They should be in Below Poverty Line Category and should have white Ration Card. They should have registered shop.
YSR Nethanna Nestham
To assist every weaver family who owns a handloom to modernise their equipment and to compete with power loom sector by providing Rs. 24,000/- per annum. This scheme shall be implemented from December 2019.
** The weaver family shall be under Below Poverty Line.
** One benefit for one weaver family irrespective of number of looms owned by them.
