** Press the Next Button for locating subsequent occurrences of the Key Words
To Refine the Search the following procedure may be followed :

** Enter the Key Words for Application Number / Class / Address / Abstracts etc. in the Text Box
** To Search for Whole Word, check the whole word check box
** To Search for case sensitive key word, check the Case Sensitive Check Box
Class Details :
(Parts of an article or apparatus are, in general, classified with the actual article or apparatus, except where such parts constitute articles included in other classes).
Class 1. :
Chemical used in industry, science, photography, agriculture, horticulture and forestry; unprocessed artificial resins, unprocessed plastics; manures; fire extinguishing compositions; tempering and soldering preparations; chemical substances for preserving foodstuffs; tanning substances; adhesive used in industry
Class 2 . :
Paints, varnishes, lacquers; preservatives against rust and against deterioration of wood; colorants; mordents; raw natural resins; metals in foil and powder form for painters; decorators; printers and artists
Class 3 :
Bleaching preparations and other substances for laundry use; cleaning; polishing; scouring and abrasive preparations; soaps; perfumery, essential oils, cosmetics, hair lotions, dentifrices
Class 4 :
Industrial oils and greases; lubricants; dust absorbing, wetting and binding compositions; fuels(including motor spirit) and illuminants; candles, wicks
Class 5 . :
Pharmaceutical, veterinary and sanitary preparations; dietetic substances adapted for medical use, food for babies; plasters, materials for dressings; materials for stopping teeth, dental wax; disinfectants; preparation for destroying vermin; fungicides, herbicides
Class 6. :

Class 7 . :

Hand tools and implements (hand-operated); cutlery; side arms; razors
About Trade Mark :
** The Trade Marks Registry was established in India in 1940 and presently it administers the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the rules made there under. It acts as a resource and information Centre and is a facilitator in matters relating to trademarks in the country.
** The objective of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 is to register trademarks applied for in the country and to provide for better protection of trademark for goods and services and also to prevent fraudulent use of the mark.
** The main function of the Registry is to register trademarks which qualify for registration as per provisions of the Trade Marks Act and Rules, and to maintain the Register of trademarks.
