Application Process of APEPDS Ration Card

APEPDS Ration Card Application Process

Search Criteria (Ration card no) :
If particular application has to see/process . Type the ration card no and click on search button, if the ration card application is pending with login user it will show in the dash board.

Select any one action :
if login user wants to see/attend only particular action cases select action from list and click on action search button. There are 3 type of actions available for MRO login (view Assign, view decide, view migrate). Only one action will be available for Inspector login (View and verify report). Default action is all cases.

2. Enter your Password
3. Enter The Captcha
4. Click on Login button

Action Status

To clear the pending cases select the type of sla from the list box and click on action search button. Default selection is all cases Search Criteria Screen

Applicant has to Submit the any of the above mutation service application at Mee Seva kiosk along with all required documents . Same application and submitted documents are available in ePDS for further processing in Tahsildar/Inspector login in ePDS.

How To Tahasildar/ASO/ Inspector Login Into ePDS?

Step 1 Click on circle food and supply office (From left side of panel)
Step 2 Select login as MRO or ASO for Tahsildar login and Inspector for Inspector Login
Step 3 Type the Mro/ASO/Inspector user name
Step 4 Type the password
Step 5 Type the text letters and click on submit to login into ePDS Site.

The Civil Supplies Department was originally only a regulatory Department. Subsequently, its activities have been diversified to include procurement of food grains under Minimum Support Price (MSP) , distribution of essential commodities viz. Rice, Wheat, Sugar, Kerosene, Palmolien Oil and Red gram dal through Fair Price Shops under the Public Distribution System at subsidized rates through issue of computerized cards, consumer affairs, monitoring of prices of essential commodities, distribution of LPG connections to BPL women (Deepam Scheme), Enrollment under UID (Aadhaar) etc.,

Functions of Commissioner of Civil Supplies & Ex-Officio Secretary :
** Formulates Policies for procurement of paddy , coarse grains and pulses at MSP by agencies like FCI., AP State Civil Supplies Corporation, Markfed, IKP groups etc. Decentralised procurement and distribution of essential commodities through Public Distribution System.
** Ensures Procurement of rice under mill levy and Levy free eligibility utilization.

Comments:
1. I tried to check my ration card application. All the nuisance came, except ration card status. So far, I visited concerned Tahsildar office 98 times, but no result. If this site is not for public view it should be clearly mentioned in the home page itself. Because my time is so precious

2. I am a senior citizen. No ration card from past 8 years. How can we get? At least, I tried 4 times applied in MRO office. But no result. Still now no response. Please give me a suggestion as how to check.
