How do I check name availability for incorporating a company :
The applicant proposing to incorporate a new company can search for the name of the new company by using the Check Company Name service under Other Services tab on the homepage of MyMCA portal.

View Public Documents :
The access to public records pertaining to a company is provided from MyMCA portal to any citizen who wishes to view the same. This feature is available after login. You will need to select the company and the documents available under each category will be shown. You may opt to make a payment and view the company documents thereafter. The documents can be viewed from anywhere without visiting the specific RoC office, using the ‘My Documents’ tab available after you log into the portal. After the payment is received by MCA, you can view the documents during the next 7 days for a maximum of 3 hours.

Lodge a complaint against a company :
You have to file an investor complaint form with the complaint details and upload the eForm. You are provided a system generated Service Request Number (SRN) for future tracking.

Stamp duty for LLP Agreement should not be paid on MCA Portal. The Stamp Duty payable for LLP Agreement is a State subject and same may be paid as per the State Stamp Act.

3. How can I cancel my SRN?
1. Login to the MCA21 application.
2. Click the MCA Services tab. The list of MCA Services is displayed.
3. Click the SRN / Transaction Status menu. The Track SRN Status page is displayed.

4. In the SRN field, enter the SRN to be cancelled and click Submit. The SRN details are displayed.
5. Click the Cancel SRN link available for the SRN. The Track SRN page will be displayed with SRN filled in the SRN field.

Note : You can only cancel your SRNs that have G or E as prefix. These SRNs are for eForms/ services and stamp duty payment. The Cancel SRN link is displayed only when SRN status is Not Paid or Pending for Payment.

4. I want to cancel my SRN but I do not see the cancel SRN link for my SRN.
