HRMS Odisha Correction of e-Service Book
1st of Aug 2014 is declared as cut-off-date. The order date after this date taken in e- Service Book is treated as current entry and before this date treated a back log entry.

Common Employee :
Common employee can view his/her own Service Book through My Page after loging in to the system
Employee can flag an entry as correct or incorrect by clicking happy/ unhappy icon present at right-top corner of each entry. Employee can also provide specific feedback for every incorrect entry
Note :
Initially images are in fade mode. By clicking an image, employee will change the image mode form fade to glow mode marking it flagged.

While verifying his/her service book, employee can flag a transaction entered in “Computerized Service Book” is correct by clicking “
1.2. Give Feedback on Incorrect Entry :
If entry is found to be wrong in the Computerized Service Book, employee need to click the unhappy “
Options available in the popup window are as follows :
a. Not Placed at chronology order
b. The entry need to be deleted
c. Erroneous data in the entry
d. Following entry is missing
Office Establishment
The employee assigned with the office establishment privilege can view the Computerized Service Book of all the employees working in his office. In order to view the Computerized Service Book, user need to select the particular employee and click on the “Service Book” link
When employee having Office Establishment privilege clicks the “Service Book” link after selecting a particular employee from employee list, the “Computerized Service Book” of that employee will be displayed in a new window. User can add edit or delete a service book transaction on the basis of employee feedback by clicking appropriate icon present at right top corner of every service book transactions
A. (The Transaction is opened for modification) :-
This symbol says that the transaction is opened for modification.
B. (Correct the Chronology) :-
On the basis of feedback given by employee DDO can correct the chronology
C. (Add New Entry) :-
If any transaction is missing in between two transactions in the Computerized Service Book, user can enter the missingtransaction
D. (Edit the Entry) :-
The user can edit the information on the basis of feedback given by common employee. When the user clicks the image of a particular entry then the relevant entry will be appear in editable form and the user can modify the relevant information.
E. (Delete the Entry) :-
If the user found that the transaction was wrongly entered, then the user can delete the relevant transaction from the Computerized Service Book
When user clicks “ ” image, a cross mark appears over the transaction as shown in below figure-6, which indicate that this transaction was deleted by the user.
F. (Undo the Transaction) :-
The user can undo the modification made in this transaction.
G. (Redo the Transaction) :-
The user can redo the modification made in this transaction.
H. (Mark the Transaction as corrected) :-

DDO :
A. DDO can view Monthly HRMS log book of modified entries done by Office Establishment and select entries for certification. All selected entries which are certified by DDO will be locked. This is applicable to both types (transaction after or before Cut-off-Date) of entries.

Functions of HRMS Odisha
