Required Documents

** Plan of the premises drawn by Architect. ( With Distance)
** Fitness Certificate issued by concern Authority.
** NOC issued by the collector.
** Certificate issued by the concern authority for a person appointed who is well conversant in boating technique.
** Name of the person appointed who is well conversant in swimming along with certificate and number of jackets provided.
** Insurance policy of the boat and number of equipments for fire protection.
** NOC issued by the health department of BMC.
** NOC issued by the Bombay Port Trust.

Conditions :
** The business of Boating in reservoir shall be carried out by the licensee by the licensee with in sanctioned area from 07.00 am to 06.00 pm.
** Licensee shall carry passengers or goods not more than the capacity of the boat.
** No person other than appointed educated sailor can drive the boat.
** Licensee shall keep one person who is trained in swimming for each boat
** Adequate jackets shall be provided in each boat.
** Only tourists/ passengers shall be allowed in the boat no animals, birds or goods shall be allowed.
** Smoking shall be strictly prohibited.
** The person under the influence of alcohol shall not be allowed.
** It is strictly prohibited to carry explosive, high inflammable substances and alcoholic material in tourist boat.
** Boating Bussiness is totally prohibited within 2 k.m. from protection wall of reservoir (dam).
** In raniee season before carrying passengers in the resorvior, it should be ensured that there is no stormy weather.
