Rajiv Swagruha Scheme :
In this back ground, with the objective of “every person having no house of his or her own must own an affordable house” the Government of Andhra Pradesh embarked upon a unique and ‘affordable housing’ scheme called “Rajiv Swagruha” for moderate income groups in the urban area of the State in the year 2007.

The project is demand driven and self financed. It provides an ‘enabling environment’ for fulfilling the shortage of appropriate housing to the needy.
Eligibility :
** No residence criterion will be asked for from applicants of Rajiv Swagruha Scheme. However, the existing provision of not owning a house in the Municipal Corporation / Municipality limit where applied will continue. An Affidavit to this effect will be insisted. Also the provision of lock-in-period of 5 years for sale of house/flat will remain.
** The registration fee is Rs. 5,000/- in Municipal Corporation areas and Rs. 3,000/- in all other Municipalities : The cost of the application form is Rs. 250/-. The Corporation may decide the cost of application form and registration fee from time
NOTE :
** Pattern of constructions varies from project to project i.e. from G+5 to G+14, Independent Single & Duplex houses as of now.
** Plinth area may vary from project to project
Allotment Procedure :
** Once eligibility established, depending upon number of project locations in your urban area, layout for townships will be prepared with tentative costing. Details will be notified for taking your option.
** Drawal of lots among eligible applicants for a particular category of houses in particular locality.
** With in the location allotment of flat/house will be by drawal of lottery.
** Date, time and venue of the drawal of lots intimated to all eligible applicants — days before drawal of lots either individually and through notification.
The allotment of the flat is provisional and subject to the following conditions
** The allotment of flat is subject to verification of information and declarations given by you in your application. If any
** The allotment is valid only for the original applicant and will not be transferred to any one except to his/her legal
** The allottee is not entitled to sell the flat till next five years. No request for transfer of the flat in favour of the third party is entertained. In the event of such unauthorized transaction is noticed, the APRSCL reserves the right to allot such flats to other eligible applicants duly forfeiting your deposits.
** In case of double allotment or if both wife and husband get the allotment

I HAVE APPLIED BY PAYING Rs.5000/- IN GUNTUR IN 2007 ,NOW I AM NOT INTERESTED TO TAKE HOUSE ,I WANT TO TAKE BACK MY REGISTRATION MONEY Rs 5000/-, PLEASE MAIL THE PROCEDURE TO GET BACK MY MONEY.
