IDBI Bank Payment of Stamp Duty

** Amounts should be remitted vide NEFT to new account number ending with …10700 (instead of …10686).

Instructions :
** e-SBTR print is free of charge.
** Simple Receipt is valid for compulsorily registerable documents only and e-SBTR is applicable for both optionally as well as compulsorily registerable documents.


** For Online payments your Net Banking daily transaction amount limit is to be ensured. You may get the same enhanced as per your requirement, with prior submission of request at your home branch.
** After payment “Receipt of online payment to get e-SBTR” to be presented at the selected IDBI branch for obtaining e-SBTR.
** In case of Across the bank counter mode of payment, the payment of stamp duty will be made only after submission of Web Token at the selected branch of IDBI within 7 days.
** Generation of web token does not mean payment of Stamp duty and Registration Fees.New
** For each transaction, separate remittance is necessary. Consolidated remittance for multiple transactions is not allowed. Multiple web tokens NOT allowed with same UTR/Reference/Instrument number.
** Multiple transactions for single duty payment are not allowed.
** Minimum value of transaction for e-SBTR should be Rs.5, 000/-
** Copy of the identity proof, as mentioned during data input, must be produced at the Branch for collecting e-SBTR.
** No modification in the input data is possible once the payment of stamp duty is made.

Who can pay Stamp Duty (SD) and Registration Fees (RF) using IDBI Website :
Any citizen whether IDBI account holder or non-account holder can pay using IDBI Website through idbibank.com
a) IDBI Account holder with Net Banking Facility can pay using “Online” mode of payment and
b) Non-account holder can pay using “Across the Bank Counter” mode of payment.
