Disaster Management & Relief department is an administrative department of State Governmemt of Rajasthan which is functioning under the Commissioner and Secretary, Relief Department. Head office of the department is of state level based at Jaipur with no subordinate offices or branch.

Disaster related relief work and activities are being carried out by different departments / organisations like P.W.D., forest, soil conservation, PHED, Panchayati Raj, Revenue, local bodies etc. District collectors and district level officers of other organisation act as an administrator, technical controller and coordinating officers in their districts and the expenditure occurred in executing the process is bourne by DMRD department.
About Project:
Disaster Management Information System (DMIS) is a GIS based digital tool to maintain, update and disseminate information to users and stakeholders for decision-making at multiple levels.
It is an IT based solution for managing activities related to Pre-Disaster, During-Disaster and Post-Disaster phase.
Objective of the Project
1. Maintain, update and disseminate information to stakeholders and users for decision-making at multiple levels.
2. Automation of relief life cycle, such as filling online form, GIS based workflow, sanction generation and DBT’s to Beneficiaries under various relief schemes taken up by DMRD department.
3. GIS based ERT (Emergency Response team) & Incident management system for providing Disaster relief.
4. Automation of various process of DMRD department like Inventory & Asset Management, Resource Management, Capacity Building and Fund Management etc.
How to login in DMIS?
A user can login into DMIS application through SSO (Single Sign On), New user can register for Single Sign on credentials through the URL https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/register.

Step-2 : Fill the online registration form
Step-3 : After succesful registration, Login with your credentials
How To Tack Application Status?
A user needs to login in the application through SSO id and can view the status of his application in the Tab –> Registration status.

How to look for important contacts at the time of emergency ?

Can I also participate in the relief work by the Department and how ?
Citizen can register himself as volunteer by applying through DMIS application, For this the user should have a SSO id, through which he can login into the application and register himself. Volunteer registration form needs to be filled by providing all requisite information.
The applicant then would be chosen by department according to predefined parameters. The status of the application status could be tracked from the Tab “Registration status”.
Is there any mobile based application for DMIS?
Yes, there is a mobile application for citizen registration as volunteer and also for department employees for availing most of the features of web application on mobile. The link to download the App is provided on the homepage of the website.
