How To Register For Ambedkar Karmika Sahaya Hastha Scheme?
Step-1: Open Board Official Website: www.ksuwssb.karnataka.gov.in and select Registration under Ambedkar Karmika Sahaya Hastha in Online Services.
Step-2 : Application form will be open and Fill the application and attaché required documents then submit.
Step-3 : After successful submission payment window will open. Then select appropriate mode and made a Payment of Rs.25/-
Step-4 : Once the payment successful an acknowledgement will be shown , take a print of that and check your application status in “Know your application status” tab.
Step-5 : if payment fails while paying the registration fee, you are requested to check your application status in “Know your Application Status” and repay the fee and also you may track the successfully submitted application under this tab.
Final Step:
If the application submitted is approved by the concerned Labour officer, you may collect registration certifictae from the labour officer, if rejected Edit the application and make a correction as suggested by labour officer of your juridiction.

(a) Smart Card facility:
Action has been taken to register and issue smart card under one title and one logo, to 11 category of unorganized workers belonging to Hamalis, Domestic Workers, Rag Pickers, Tailors, Mechanics, Washer men, Barbers, Gold Smiths, Iron Smiths, Potters and Kiln Workers. In this direction, to register the said workers 5 lakh prescribed application forms have been printed and issued to Trade Unions and Associations of the targeted group and the officers of the Labour Department.
(b) Shrama Sammana Award:
From the year 2018-19, among 11 categories of unorganized workers belonging to Hamalis, Domestic Workers, Rag Pickers, Tailors, Mechanics, Washer men, Barbers, Gold Smiths, Iron Smiths, Potters and Kiln Workers, category are being honoured with Award on occasion of Karmika Sammana Day to be held on 01st March every year.
(c) Karmika Seva Kendra:
In accordance with the provisions of Section 9 of the Unorganised Workers Social Security Act 2008, to reach out the targeted beneficiaries about the scheme, to assist to get the required documents for the purpose of getting the benefits available under various schemes and to assist fill the prescribed forms and to send to concerned department, Karmika Seva Kendra in 158 Talukas across Karnataka are established.
Karmika Bandus appointed by the Karnataka Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board will be functioning in Karmika Seva Kendras to inform, assist and to get the benefits available under various schemes implemented by the Labour Department and the Boards working under them.
(d) International Migration Centre-Karnataka(IMCK):
Every year lot of skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers are going abroad for the purpose of employment and it is noticed that many a time they are harassed by the mediator companies, it is decided to establish International Migration Centre-Karnataka(IMCK). The matter pertaining to semi-skilled and unskilled will be looked by the Karnataka State Unorganised Workers Social Security Board.
In this regard, the Protector General of Emigrants (PGE), Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) has appointed the board as Recruitment Agent(RA).
