Mana Isuka Vahanam is a web and mobile based IT solution through which sand booking and it’s delivery takes place at the doorsteps of the customer. Customer can view the status of their sand orders, raise grievances and contact help desk for technical issues.

How To Register For Mana Isuka Vahanam (Sand Booking)?

To Register For Mana Isuka Vahanam (Sand Booking), Follow the below steps

Steps For Sand Booking:
1. Go to website URL:https://tsmiv.cgg.gov.in (Mana IsukaVahanam)
2. Click on Book Sandfor New Sand Bookings
3. For new customer registration click on “Register Here”
4. Enter Mobile Numberand click on “Send OTP”.
5. Enter OTP Received and click on “Validate”
6. Create 4-digit PIN Number and click on Register. Customer Registration complete and will get a Successful Registration message to the Registered Mobile Number.
7. Click Here link as shown below which directs to home page.
8. Click on Book Sand, Enter Mobile Number &PIN and click on Login
9. Click on “Book Sand”
10. Enter detailssuch asCustomer details,Sand delivery address details, Sand details (i.e.,Address, Land MarkandChoose District, Mandal, Village / Nearest Colony/ AreaandPin codefor easy and fastdelivery of Sand)
11. Select Sand Details (Sand Reach, Quantity, Usage Type and Date of Delivery) and click on the check box Terms & Conditions, then click on Book Sand.On clicking on Book Sand it directs to the payment gateway.
12. Payment can be madethrough Internet Banking, CreditCard, DebitCard and UPI.
13. After Successful payment, system will display Transaction details with print and you willalso receive Booking Id tothe Registered Mobile Number.

What is the Cancellation & Refund Policy?

Customer will have the provision to cancel his booked trips through the MIV application in his login. For refund of the cancelled trips, the customer will have to provide his bank details while submitting the refund. After cancellation request received from the customer, ADMines will process the refund and deposit the amount excluding the software charges (i.e Rs. 59/- per trip) into the customer’s account.
