Procedure :
** Obtain application from nearest eSeva centre
** Documents to be enclosed

** In case of individuals – Salary below Rs.3,000/-* = Rs.100/-
– Salary above Rs.3,000/- = Rs.300/-
– Salary above Rs.5,000/- = Rs.500/-
** In case of Non Govt Organisations, contract = Rs.1000/=
** Contractor character certificate* = Rs.1,000/=
** Submit to eSeva Centre
** Certificate will be issued after 7 days from CP Office

N.O.C. For Transfer Of Vehicle To Other States :
Procedure :
** Obtain application from nearest eSeva centre
** Fill the application
** Clearly mention reason for transfer
** Type of vehicle
** Transfer to which State
** Documents to be enclosed
** Copy of RC
** Fees payable
** For two wheelers** Rs.100/=
** For four wheelers Rs.200/=
** Submit to eSeva Centre
** Certificate will be issued within 7 days from CP Office

** Pay Rs.100/- in eSeva towards user charges and Rs.60/= service charges
** Fill the application furnish :

Relation with the victim / deceased Name and phone no of counsel
** Submit to eSeva Centre
** Approach nearest police station
** Obtain the certificate
** Will be delivered within 21 days

** Fill the application
** Clearly mention date, time and place of loss / missing
** Submit to eSeva Centre
** Will be delivered within 21 day

You can call 100 or 040-2785 2314 or 040-2785 3418 and be automatically connected to the Control Room. You can lodge a complaint in person either orally or in writing at your jurisdictional Police Station. (In case of registration of a case, a written complaint along with the signature is amust.)
