Licence To Cinema Theatres – Issued By Cp Office Fresh License
Procedure :
** Obtain application from nearest eSeva centre
** Clearly mention name of the company and location with municipal no
Documents to be enclosed :
** No Objection Certificate issued by Divisional Fire Officer.
** List of Safety Measures available in case of Emergency
** Trade License issued by GHMC. with regard to use of site for business purpose.
** N.O.C. from Chief Medical Officer, GHMC, Hyderabad.
** Blue print of the site duly showing parking place and built-up area with individual row wise seating arrangements and the space between rows as per specifications approved by the Town Planner.
** Parking place to be provided in accordance with the regulation under F.A.R. (Floor Area Ratio Regulations & Standards of building requirements) under parking head as laid down in G.O.Ms.No.423, Municipal Administration Department dt.31-07-1998.
** Declaration on a non judicial stamp paper of Rs.10/- stating that the parking area of Sq. Mtrs. with premises No. shown in the site plan is used only for parking purpose and not for any other purpose.
** Title deed/lease deed or rental deed, showing the purpose for which the site is leased out, both for the establishment and also for parking space provided in the premises should be specified in the deed with specific measurements.
** Partnership deed if there are more than one partner, enabling any one of them to take all licenses of various Departments in his name, to run the establishment.
** Memorandum of Association
** Articles of Association
** IT returns
**Fees payable Rs.5,000/-
**Submit to eSeva Centre
License will be issued after 45 days from CP Office

Parking place to be provided in accordance with the regulation under F.A.R. (Floor Area Ratio Regulations & Standards of building requirements) under parking head as laid down in G.O.Ms.No.423, Municipal Administration Department dt.31-07-1998.
