Instructions

To fill up the information, please follow these instructions
1) If your GPF account number is 00012345-PS, please enter ‘PS’ in the series box and 0012345 in the account number box.
2) Enter your 10 digit mobile number registered with the office of the Controller of Accounts, Odisha.
3) Enter the year for which the account slip is required. Example : for the account slip of financial year 2017-18 enter ‘2017’ and for account slip of 2016-17, enter ‘2016’.
4) After your mobile number and financial year are verified correct, press ‘Click for OTP’ button and you will receive a 6 digit One Time Password on your mobile through SMS. This OTP is valid for 15 minutes. Enter the received OTP in the OTP box and click the ‘Generate’ button to get account slip in PDF format.
5) Find the downloaded account slip in the downloads section of your web browser. Hit Ctrl+J on your keyboard to see downloaded files.
6) In case of any wrong entry, click the clear button to reset all entries.
7) For any change in the registered mobile number please send the new mobile number to the Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar through the DDO.
8) For Correction of Date Of Birth, You are requested to submit the photo copy of the first page of the Service Book duly countersigned and forwarded by the concerned DDO to the Controller of Accounts, Odisha, Bhubaneswar for updation of date of birth.

Ans. This list is available as “Demand Number wise Chart of Account” under the link Master List in the portal home page.

Q. 4. What is the discount range for a vendor?
Ans. If the vendor deposits challan which is above Rs 100/- and below Rs 200000/- then only he/she can get the discounts otherwise the discount is not applicable.
