Do I Have to pay extra when compared to buying the tickets in the traditional I way?
SNT does not charge anything extra when compared to the traditional way. The tickets are absolutely at the same cost only payment gateway charges will be extra.
I don’t have a credit can I still buy tickets at SNT?
Yes. You don’t necessarily need to have a Credit card to buy tickets on SNT. You can buy tickets through Debit Card or Net Banking also.

How safe are online transactions?
Transactions on SNT are very safe. SNT uses Secure Socket Layers (VeriSign/Go daddy etc., SSL) data encryption. Using SSL ensures that the information exchanged with SNT is never transmitted unencrypted thus protecting the information from being viewed by unauthorized individuals. This encryption is done using 128-bit RC4 encryption. In addition the Credit card information is processed over secure gateways which are certified by Visas.
While booking e ticket at time of payment amount deduct from account but eticket not confirm. Ticket status is not confirmed / transaction failed if amount deducted from bank accounts of user in this conditions payment gateways refunds automatically user respective accounts.

Is Payment Gateway Service charges refunded ?
Payment Gateway Service charges will not be refunded for service cancellation/ failure transactions in e-ticketing.
What happen in case of breakdown is ticket amount refunded?
In case of technical / Break Down problem, the traveler will be allowed to travel in other SNT buses or refund will be made for the remaining journey.
Is online ticket amount refund from SNT counter or Bus conductor?
Cancellation/Refund/Rescheduling Ticket booked through Online, refund will be done to their respective Credit Cards/Debit Cards/wallet/net baking/ Bank Accounts according to the Bank procedure. No refund will be done at SNT ticket booking counters or bus conductor.
I missed the bus. Do I get refund?
SNT provides 100% refund if the bus is cancelled due to SNT. However, if the bus is missed due to any other reasons not directly related to SNT it does not provide any refund.
Can I get refund of fare in case of non performance of journey?
No refund for non performance of journey.
Am I refunding my online ticket amount when not able to travel before bus departure?
No refund will be made in case of E-Tickets within 2 hours prior to the departure time of the bus from originating station of the route.
How much refund when I cancel my ticket ?
1. i. Before 24 Hrs of the scheduled departure time 75% amount will be refunded. (excluding reservation charges)
2. ii. From 24 Hrs up to 2 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 50% amount will be refunded. (Excluding reservation charges)
