Application for Record of Title of Land Building :
Under section 86A of the New Town Kolkata Development Authority Act 2007 and no. 3 of (Record of Title) Regulation, 2011
Procedure :
** Collect Form ’A’ from the office of NKDA or may be downloaded from our website (nkdamar.org).
** Photocopy of Allotment letter, Possession letter and Registered deed to be submitted along with the Application Form duly filled. Joint Venture Companies will submit photocopy of Developers agreement in place of Registered deed.
** In addition to para no. 2, a list of members of your society with their portfolios and the extract of the minute of the last meeting wherein the executive committee was formed also to be submitted duly certified by the Chairman/Secretary of the Co-op. Society If the plot of land was purchased in the name of Co-op. Society.
** Hearing notice will be issued at the time of submission of Application for Mutation wherein the date and time of hearing is mentioned.
** Upon hearing and verification of documents the authority may issue a demand notice at the rate of 0.5 % of deed value as assessed by ADSR
** Collect demand notice after 03 (Three) working days from the date of hearing to deposit the fees into the account of NKDA with Syndicate Bank, New Town Branch, by a special Pay-in-Slip available with this office/Bank.
** Certificate in Form ‘G’ may be collected from the office of NKDA after 03 (Three) days from the date of confirmation of payment of mutation fees from the concerned bank as mentioned above.
** Letter of Authority / Power of Attorney May be submitted in all cases if the applicant is unable to present physical.

The New Town Kolkata Development Authority has been constituted under The New Town Kolkata Development Authority Act, 2007 (The West Bengal Act XXX of 2007) for rendering various civic services and amenities within New Town, Kolkata and it has come into effect since November, 2008.
