How To Check eCourts Case Status?
You can check case status under ecourts services. There are various options used to check the status of case. Go to the link of ecourts services to check the status. Then click on Case status tab.

Step 1 : Select State
Step 2 : Select District
Step 3 : Select Court Complex
Search by Party Name
Step 1 : Enter Petitioner / Respondent
Party Name maybe the name of the Petitioner, Plaintiff, Complainant, Respondent, Defendant, Appellant, Accused or Extra Party.
Step 2 : Enter Registration Year
Step 3 : Click on either the Pending or Disposed option button, according to the status of the Case.
If you don’t know the exact status of the Case, then click on the Both option button.
Step 4 : Enter Captcha
Step 5 : Click Go Button
Search by Case Type
Step 1 : Select Case Type from the select box.
Step 2 : In the Case Number box, enter the Case Registration Number.
Step 3 : Enter Year
Step 4 : Enter Captcha
Step 5 : Click on the Go button, to get the Case satisfying the given Case Number condition.
Click on the adjacent View button, to see the Case History of the respective Case.
Note :
a. If you know the CNR Number of the Case, enter the 16 alphanumeric CNR Number without any – (hyphen) or space.
b. On Clicking the search button, the current status and entire history of the case will be shown.
c. If you don’t know the CNR number of the Case then it can be searched by other options like Case Registration Number, Party Name, Advocate Name etc. For this, click on the Case Status image, which is shown on the left hand side menu..

For Check bounce case I was filled for CC, since they forced and rude behavior with my uncle we gave the check for temporarily. Then once we came back from the place, we blocked the cheque which we gave to opposite party. Now, they filled the CC case against Us. Will the Judgement is given without consider our Points? Please suggest us what to be done?
Error / Problem:
1. The recently changed version of e-courts services available on smart phones is not of any use. Earlier version is good to an extent & caters the need of its aspirants. It is wonderful if status of Interlocutory Applications, Copy Applications, service process & Document Return Applications also show in that App. We are eagerly waiting for that development.
2. Case status for Telangana State District courts are not available for last 3 to 4 days. Please rectify server problem, if any and update the case status immediately.
3. To find out the cause list is quite impossible as the cpc-del[at]aij[dot]gov[dot]in has given no solution anywhere nor there is any provision. It is quite confusing. There is no help from the given addresses also. Kindly tell me the way and the procedure to find out the cause list for the next day.

Why my case hearing is pending from long time?
My case is pending in 11 metro court at Secunderbad since 2013. My case number is CC390 of 2013. This is robbery case of my shop, F/R number 101 of 2011. This case is handled by Mahakali Police station, Secundrabad. Now what to do to recovery.
