What is MCD Delhi Park Booking?
MCD Delhi Citizens can book a park for marriages, other social and cultural activities. In respect of Social, Religious, Political, Sports and Exhibition Purposes, the organizing committee of the function can book a park. Each park is available for booking only 10 days in a calendar month.

How To Check MCD Delhi Park Availability Status?
Go to the link of Availability Status of Park in the MCD Delhi portal
You will be asked to select your respective zone. Then click on submit button
List of parks and its details will be displayed with booking rate. Select the park you would like to check the status. Then click on ‘Get Availability’ Button.
Park details will be displayed briefly with availability details, whether it is booked or blocked & Past/ Expired Dates.
Park booking is allowed only 10 days in a month.
For how many days can a booking be made :
A park can be booked for one day (24 hours – 8 AM to 8 AM next day), treated as General Booking. If booking is for more than one day, then it is treated as Special Category.
Where to make a booking :
** General Bookings can be done at CSB centers of the respective zones.
** Special Booking, if booking is for more than one day, should be done by Dy. Directors or Administrative Officers of respective zones after a prior permission from Director of Horticulture Department.
The respective booking charges shall be paid at CSB within 24 hours from the date and time of booking. If failed, the booking will be cancelled automatically.
When can a booking be made :
A park can be booked for a maximum of one year in advance. The Booking Charges will depend on the advance period of booking.
When can a park be occupied :
At 8.00 AM on the day for which the park was booked.
Concessions :
** In case a booking is made for one day by MCD Staff, then Park Ground Rent is not collected. If booking is made for more than one day, then Park Ground Rent is exempted for one day only.
** In case a booking is made for religious functions, then Park Ground Rent is exempted. Security Deposit, Cleaning Charges, License Fees, Service Tax and Transaction Fee shall be collected.
** In case a booking is made for the purpose of “Rasam Pagri” and “Condolence Meetings”, then Booking can be made at free of cost. The transaction fee Rs.10/- only will be collected.

** Application for booking of Park.
** An affidavit on Rs. 10/- duly attested by notary. Click here for Affidavit format
** Proof of residential address.
** Photographs of both boy and girl in case of marriage and office bearer in case of organizer/organization as the case may be.
** Area Councilor’s recommendation in which Park falls.
** Name, Father’s Name & Address of boy and girl (in case of marriage function).
** Bank Account No. of the applicant with Proof.
