How To Apply For TMC Observership?

Online Application :
** The application consists of two screens.
** It is mandatory to fill all the fields that are marked with an asterisk *.

Screen 1 seeks Personal information, Educational qualifications and Work Detail :
** SAVE – to save the filled information .
** NEXT – to go to next screen.
You will receive an e-mail containing your Application ID and password. Using this Application ID and password, you can access your Application Form.

Screen 2 is for Print Preview and submission :
** BACK – to correct mistakes.
** SUBMIT – to Save your record permanently and submit it to us.( Form should be submitted )
** You will receive an email confirming submission.
** PRINT – to print the form.
Unless you click on the SUBMIT button, your application will not get submitted into our database. If you send us a printout of this page, without submission, your application will be considered invalid and therefore rejected.

Submission :
Fees Structure :
** Rs. 5000/- For Doctor from INDIA.
** Rs. 3000/- For Non-Medical from INDIA.
** $ 300/- For Foreign Doctor .
** Rs.10000/- For Doctors from SAARC countries.
** Rs.7500/- For Non-Medical (Outside INDIA).
** Rs.1500/- For Medical Student.
** Rs.1000/- For Para medical Student / Nursing.

IMPORTANT :
** Foreigner candidate should apply three months in advance
** Indian candidate should apply one month in advance
** Stamp size photograph is compulsary for identity card.
** Minimum observership period is two weeks and maximum is three months.
** Candidate should bring True Copies of Highest Degree certificates at the time of joining.Fees should be paid on the day of joining by cash,cheque
** Request from Technical/Enggineering students will not be entertained.
** Observer should join on the given dates.Late/early will not be considered.
** Candidate should be self financed. No Accommodation will be provided to candidates. Candidates should arrange their own accommodation.
** No. of persons per unit will be restricted .TMC reserves right to Accept / Reject the application.
** Applicant should send hard copies of certificates for verification of their degree and to get the approval manually.
** After verification of certificates applicant will get the approval on line for starting of his/her Observership
** If sponsored/forwarded from any Institute, then letter from Institutes authority to be attached.
** Incomplete forms will be summarily rejected.
** Please fill all fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the application form, attach photocopies of relevant documents and certificates and sign the declaration.
** All photocopies will be verified.

List of documents to be scanned & attached without which application will not be accepted — :
** Degree Certificates
** Presently working Institutional Identity Card
** copy of MMC Registration number.
** If referred by Institution then reference letter from Dean / Head of Department.
** Application should be submitted after sticking passport size photo on it.
** If applicant is foreign national should submit passport copy & MCI Permission letter .
