Comment:
I have completed MBBS and MS from MCI recognized universities in India and registered with J&K State Medical Council. Now, I want IMR certificate from MCI. How much fee, do I have to pay as there is confusion about additional qualification fee Rs.5000 (or) Rs.1000?

Error / Problem:
I have not uploaded the photo and sign in my online application by mistake. Do I have to re-apply online (or) corrections ie. uploading the photo and signature can be done on the online application already submitted? If so, how I would be very grateful if this could be known as soon as possible so that, the last date for collection of the certificate does not get over. Thanks.
