How To Do Bulk Renewal :

Payment Details :
** After Clicking on Bulk Renewal Tab user will get Payment Details screen. Click on + Sign payment details screen will be appear.
** Using this screen user can enter payment details for bulk renewal. All the fields are mandatory like Payment Mode, Bank Name, Branch Name, DD Number, DD Date, DD Amount, No Of Application, Application To Peso Office, Forwarding Letter Reference Number, Forwarding Letter Date and click on Save button payment details will be saved.

Note :-
Please make all entries carefully after save successfully you can’t change in Payment Details.

Payment Mode :
There are two kind of payment mode DD/BC (Demand Drafts/Bankers Cheque). Select Payment Mode DD if you want to make payment using DD (Demand Drafts) or select BC if you want makes payment using BC (Bankers Cheque).

Bank Name :
Select the Name of the Bank where you have made DD/BC.

Branch Name :
Enter the Branch Name of Bank where you have made DD/BC.

DD Number :
Enter 6 digit numeric DD/BC No.

DD Date :
Enter DD/BC Date which is mentioned on your DD/BC.

DD Amount :
Enter DD/BC amount in Rs only & amount should be numeric integers only.

No of Application :
Enter the Number of Application which you intend to apply for Bulk Renewal.

Application to Peso Office :
Select the PESO office where you want to apply for Renewal.

Forwarding Letter Reference No :
Enter your covering letter number which you will send along with the application

Forwarding Latter Date :
Enter your covering letter date which you will send along with the application

Note :
Check your Payment details once again specifically DD Number DD date and Bank. Also check the Number of application and PESO office you have selected. If needed you can correct the entry by using the edit option.

License Search Criteria

After Payment Details User can search the License for Bulk renewal. There are two sections for License search criteria.
** Section A- Using this section user can search license for bulk renewal on the basis of License Premises State & License Premises District.
** Section B- Using this section user can search license for bulk renewal on the basis of Doc No.

Note :
Please not only those licenses will appear in your search result which you have added in your portfolio successfully. So before applying for bulk renewal you need to add Dockey in your portfolio. Also only those licenses which are due for renewal in next 6 months will be shown in the search result

List Of Licenses :
You can apply for Bulk renewal. Select the License and select the Number of year you want to renew the license. The system will automatically calculate the required fees .Click on Apply button to apply for the renewal. This process will have to be repeated for each license you want to apply for renewal.

Note :
** Please remember do not select all the licenses simultaneously select one by one and apply.
** he system will Automatically deduct the required fees for the DD amount each time you apply and show you the balance amount in RED Blinking.

List Of Licenses Applied For Renewal :
** The Gried Named “ List of licenses aplied for Renewal “ shows the licenses you have already applied. Using the Update option you can change the Number of years of renewal if needed.
** Using this screen you can view /Print the print slip of Licenses applied by you for Bulk Renewal.

Print Slip Of Licenses Applied For Renewal :
** Using this screen you can Print the print slip of Licenses applied by you for Bulk Renewal.
** Please send this print slip along with the application for bulk renewal to the PESO office .This is

Necessary and mandatory :
** Application Status & Form IX Print Using this screen you can view application status and print and Form IX for each license you have
** Form IX Print Using this screen you can take Form IX print.
** Form IX Print Clicking on print button following screen will appear. Using this screen you can take print of Form IX.

What is PESO?
PESO stands for Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organization. It is a statutory body under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. PESO is responsible for regulating the manufacture, import, export, storage, transport, use and disposal of explosives and petroleum products in India.

What is the validity of a PESO license?
The validity of a PESO license is two years. After the expiry of the license, it needs to be renewed.

What are the documents required for PESO renewal?
The following documents are required for PESO renewal:
** Application in Form XI
** Original expired license
** Bank draft of requisite license fee with penalty fee equivalent to 1 year license fee
** 4 copies of replica of approved drawing attached to the expired license
** Fresh/revalidated NOC from the District Magistrate if application is made after two years of expiry of license
