How To Cancel Uttarakhand Transport Ticket Online?
Cancellation facility is available for full/partial cancellations for online booked tickets. Full/partial cancellation of tickets is allowed. The cancellation rates will be as per cancellation policy. Reservation Fee is non-refundable except in case of 100% cancellation of tickets, if the service is cancelled by UTC for operational or any other reasons.

Cancellation of Tickets Booked Online
Online cancellation is only allowed for the tickets booked by you on this portal or using our mobile app. You can also approach our counters for cancellation of these tickets. Cancellation/Refund/Rescheduling Ticket booked through Online, refund will be done to their respective Credit Cards/Debit Cards/Bank Accounts according to the Bank procedure. No refund will be done at UTC ticket booking counters.
Cancellation of Tickets Booked From UTC Counter
** Tickets booked from counters can be canceled from any counter.
** Cancellation of Tickets booked from Agents/Common Service Center
** Ticket booked from Agents/Common Service Center can only be cancelled by concerned Agents/Common Service Center. Ticket booked at one Agents/Common Service Center can’t be cancelled online or through UTC Counters
Cancellation Policy of Uttarakhand Transport Ticket
** From 0 Hrs to 2 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 0% amount will be refunded, (Excluding reservation charges).
** From 2 Hrs to 24 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 50% amount will be refunded, (Excluding reservation charges).
** From 24 Hrs to 72 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 75% amount will be refunded, (Excluding reservation charges).
** From 72 Hrs to 720 Hrs before the scheduled departure time 90% amount will be refunded, (Excluding reservation charges).
Note:
Passengers will be given normally in one month, after the cancellation of ticket or receipt of e-mail. If refunds are delayed more than a month, passengers may contact helpdesk E-Mail help[dot]utconline[at]gmail[dot]com
