The Nabin Odisha Magic Card will initially be available to students pursuing general undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) courses (non-technical) from various government, aided, and private institutions that admit students through the SAMS portal.
However, the coverage of students and the courses offered can be expanded in the future based on requirements. The decision to expand will be taken by the State Level Monitoring Committee, chaired by the Development Commissioner. This approach allows for flexibility and adaptability in including more students under the scheme as needed.
